⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Dr. Murat Ustun – Bariatric and Metabolic Surgeon, Istanbul I had my sleeve surgery with Dr. Murat Ustun, and the experience was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, I was treated like a princess. Before the operation, I met several specialists — a cardiologist, a lung doctor, and others — to ensure everything was safe. After surgery, I had zero pain, only a bit of nausea from the anaesthesia. That same evening, I was already feeling well. The hospital room looked like a luxury hotel, and the nurses were incredibly caring — I accidentally pressed the call button once, and they were in my room within seconds. Dr. Ustun came to check on me personally every morning. I stayed a few days at the hospital and then returned to my hotel. I felt so good that I flew back home to Canada two days earlier than planned, and the next day I was already back at work full-time, completely pain-free. Two weeks later, I had already lost 10 pounds. What makes this experience even better is that I have one full year of follow-up with Dr. Ustun’s team, including regular appointments with a nutritionist and the doctor. I 100% recommend Dr. Murat Ustun and his entire team — they are professional, compassionate, and provide exceptional care. Truly a five-star experience! 🌟

I would like to thank Dr. Derda Ozer for my surgery and follow-up appointment, as well as Hassan and Zainab from the MDO team. I am especially grateful to Hassan, who served as my host, translating everything for me and taking care of me throughout the process—from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. I will always be thankful to them for my procedure and for being such excellent hosts. I was well taken care of by Dr. Derda Ozer, and the hospital was well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. My surgery went well, and on the same day, I was transferred to my hotel. The following day, I had a follow-up appointment. Hassan took me on a tour of Istanbul, visiting Aya Sofya, the Sultanahmet area, and the Blue Mosque. I am very thankful to him for being a great host; he speaks excellent English, explains everything clearly, and is a genuinely positive person, and treated me like an older brother. Regarding my surgery, everything went according to plan like we talked about before my visit. As for the results, I am partially satisfied and still recovering, waiting for the final outcome related to my squint eye. I remain in communication with the MDO team and have been advised to give it three months, as recovery times can vary. I may consider future courses of action later on. If I achieve an 80% correction of my squint, I will be very happy. After my surgery, my eye still shows a slight deviation, and the size of my operated eye is still smaller than that of the other eye. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery and remain hopeful for the best results. I would definitely recommend MDO, as they are a genuine clinic, and the hospital they use for surgeries has all the necessary facilities and is based in Istanbul. They are a trustworthy company that takes great care of their patients, and without a doubt, they are neither fake nor fraudulent. The staff and team are very honest and generous.

I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would highly recommend booking surgery I received fantastic communication before I even landed in Istanbul with my amazing coordinator Nina. Even when I arrived home she was there on the other end of the phone answering the questions I had all whilst heavily pregnant she really went above and beyond for me. I had 2 procedures I had a FDL Extended Tummy tuck & breast uplift & implants following a 7 stone 5 weight loss my surgeon was Dr Emin he was incredible he knew exactly the look I wanted and he done an incredible job. I am very impressed with my neat stitching and my results are fantastic. He came and saw me every morning after the operation to check I was okay and if I had any questions he really was amazing. I am hopefully heading back next year for a thigh lift, the hospital and nurses were amazing they took care of me every step off the way with pre-op testing & the aftercare was brilliant.
