From start to finish, a fantastic level of service. The initial response after inquiring was lightning fast, with an appointment booked mere weeks after. There were no judgements during the counselling session, (15 minutes worth pre-op), something that seemed more of an honest and frank conversation. The actual operation was a breeze, with minimal discomfort. Everything was explained during the process, with plenty of jokes made too. As expected, there was some discomfort during the next few days, nothing major or worrying. I was fortunate enough to have my wife looking after me. 16 weeks post operation the included analysis gave the all clear, so a resounding success.
