The Sheffield Wellness Centre was established in 2017 and is designed to be a friendly, welcoming and private space suitable for many different purposes. Many people have anxiety issues when doing classes in large rooms with lots of people but this is not an issue in The Studio.We have two talking therapy rooms, one bigger and one smaller.
