Individual and corporate patients are served by this team of Stafford based counsellors and psychotherapists. Their aim is to help patients make positive and long term changes to their lives in a private and professional environment. All services are customized according to the unique needs of each individual patient. A holistic approach is taken by the team and the cause of the problems of the patient is treated for their long term benefit. Services provided include psychotherapy, counselling and life coaching. Conditions treated include anger, lack of self-esteem, anxiety and depression and phobias.

A range of health improving non interventional therapies are offered by both the clinics run by this group. The group runs one clinic in Brighton and the other in Hove, Sussex. The clinics also offer exercise and other classes to teach patients to stay healthy for life. Therapies offered by the clinics include massages, beauty therapies, colonic hydrotherapy, counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Cognitive therapy and psychotherapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractic services and Reiki among others. Classes run by both clinics are yoga, Pilates and Osho meditation.

i am a highly experienced counsellor  and BACP member specialising in the treatment of anxiety, depression  and obsessional compulsive disorders. I use methods individual to my clients. I am easy to talk to and provide a professional service with minimal waiting times. I also employ hypnotherapy and Reiki and can help with problems such as smoking and weight gain . I can see patients in Hull, West Hull villages, Beverley , Grimsby and Bridlington at a variety of venues. i also offer a home visiting service for some clients.
