Anger Management
I am experience working with anger and anger management..  I have supported people through their anger and provided support through talking therapy and reflective listening.  I share tools and helpful resources which work.  Counselling sessions can be open ended which means you decide when you decide when you feel comfortable to stop therapy
Self esteem
I can help provide you with breathing and visual exercises and in the forming new realistic and positive affirmations. EFT, Mindfulness and CBT can also be helpful.
Psychotherapist Consultation
Art Therapy
Sometimes Art Therapy is a very helpful form of expression.  We can work at your own pace and implement other tools to further your journey of self discovery. Materials are provided.  Although I do not work with young children I am qualified in play therapy and often use it with adults because it has a containing effect and slows the therapeutic process down to make working through difficult feeling safer and more manageable.

Sex Therapy London - Richard Cruz MBACP (Accred), COSRT (Accred)

Sex Therapy London

London, W1
Sex Therapy London is now offering online appointments ONLY via Facetime, VSee and Zoom. Sex Therapy London is a comprehensive counselling, psychotherapy and psychosexual service for adults facing sexual and relationship concerns either as individuals or as part of a couple relationship. I see men and women of all nationalities and sexualities offering a space to talk freely about what are often very personal details about their intimate lives relating to sex and sexuality. Fundamentally I am a trained counsellor/psychotherapist and work with the whole gamut of the human psychological condition. I specialise in sex and relationships and more often than not psychosexual work is underpinned by attending to stress, anxiety, fear, depression and so on.
Anger Management up to £70
Stress Management £60 - £70
Psychotherapist Consultation up to £70
I hold initial consultations where, if you feel comfortable with me and what I have to offer including how I may be able to help you, we would agree to work together for a series of session, usually six to begin with. We would then review the work so far and, as often is the case, clients feel sufficiently supported enough to engage in further sessions. I always review with you to be sure that you are getting what you need and we end by mutual agreement or continue, its your choice. Therapy can be short and focused or long term, depending on the concerns. Psychosexual therapy is usually addressing an immediate problem that has recently occurred or began a long time previously. The initial focus is on the manifestation on the problem itself and with time, usually by helping you to look at your life history, connections can be made which are very useful in seeing perhaps how the concern began to take hold and cause the distress that it is causing today.
Couples Therapy up to £80
Couples sessions last an hour. I see many couples struggling to make sense of their relationship and their sex life. This generally a relationship issue. Sometimes the sex life is being impacted by a specific sexual concern such as low libido, vaginismus or erectile problems; these are just a few of the most common concerns but there are many more. I help couples gain knowledge of the problem and most importantly get them to start talking about it for usually by the time the couple has decided to enter therapy, tensions are high and they are on the brink of thinking about giving up.
