I am a qualified Chartered Psychologist offering evidence-based psychological/counselling services in the North East of England.  I specialise in working with depression, anxiety (panic attacks, worry, generalised anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder and phobias), and sleep disorders including insomnia, nightmares and night time waking.  I pride myself on results and commitment to provide a professional and high quality service at all times.
