Having been a smoker myself for years, I have the inside track on what goes on in a smokers mind. However, as everyone is unique, I believe that sessions should be tailor made for each specific client in order to achieve lasting success. I combine NLP and Hypnosis in my sessions. Usually one session only is required. However, though clients quit after one session, I find that on the rare occasion a second, backup belt and braces session is needed  for clients who have residual issues needing to be cleared up. Should I deem this necessary, that session is also included in the price.
