Hypnosis used in conjunction with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), is a winning formula for long-term success. I work successfully with Smoking, Weight Loss or Management, Fears, Phobias, Confidence, Public Speaking, Goal Setting, Goal Achievement, symptoms of Diabetes, IBS and more. 

Having been a smoker myself for years, I have the inside track on what goes on in a smokers mind. However, as everyone is unique, I believe that sessions should be tailor made for each specific client in order to achieve lasting success. I combine NLP and Hypnosis in my sessions. Usually one session only is required. However, though clients quit after one session, I find that on the rare occasion a second, backup belt and braces session is needed  for clients who have residual issues needing to be cleared up. Should I deem this necessary, that session is also included in the price.

For many issues in life, going back to the past to find out the why of something does not necessarily give you the solution. NLP looks at where you are NOW and moves you forward to where you want to be.
