I am a counselling psychologist with a background in human resource management. The main services that I provide are counselling and psychotherapy to help people with a range of problems and mental health concerns that may be troubling or distressing them. I also provide life, business and job-seeker coaching to help people with any personal or career development objectives. Depending on the severity and complexity of the issue and the work that a person would like to do, I can provide short-term intensive counselling and coaching sessions or deep, longer-term psychotherapy sessions. I have trained in a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), person-centred therapy and psychodynamic therapies, to suit either shorter- or longer-term work. I have also trained in EMDR therapy, mindfulness and the use of psychometric tests.

MindPro is the specialist service offered at the clinics run by this group. They run clinics across England. The aim of the team at all the clinics is to offer high quality hypnotherapy and other services to help patients condition their minds and achieve specific goals. All services are 100% confidential and professional support services are offered to help patients make positive changes in their life. Conditions treated include abuse and addictions, depression, low self-esteem, memory problems, anxiety, negative thoughts and obsessions. Services offered include neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy and Time Line therapy.
