I found The BodyWell Group by chance, and I am so THANKFUL that I did. It would take me so long to explain on here all the ways this accident and the after effects have affected me, but no need to get into that as following 4 weeks of chiropractic corrective care and the supportive services, the main thing I feel the need to shout about is that I can FINALLY SLEEP!! My pain in the lower back, hips and legs has diminished massively and being able to move more is assisting with some unwanted weight, which all combined, has seen a change to my mental health. You are greeted by smiling, friendly faces no matter what time of day. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and my experience has only been positive. I have been seeing Wali at the Repton Ashford branch for some weeks. I can honestly say I have never met a more knowledgeable person.I had a back problem which I have had for years .
