Sports Injury Rehabilitation - Strapping and Taping Europe

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.

I had my first consultation with Helen today and I was very impressed with her thoroughness in diagnosing the issue with my shoulder. Even although the first consultation was via the telephone she was able to assess that my problem was with the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, agreeing with an earlier diagnosis by the nurse practitioner at my GP. I was advised that rehabilitation exercises should improve the pain and mobility issues with my shoulder and Helen started me on the first of these and arranged a follow-up face-to-face consultation in two weeks time.

Trevor is absolutely wonderful, he took my detailed medical information. Gave clear information on what each aspect of my issues may be, explained different exercises I could do at home. At each stage of the procedure, Trevor ensured I was comfortable due to medical condition I have and reassured me; he had me. This was my first time at a chiropractor and have already booked for corrective treatment. I shall most definitely be keeping this up for maintainance. Great value. I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
