My treatment after a short few sessions thus far has dramatically changed my quality of life. I had visited my GP on numerous occasions to no avail or explanation of my pains. They seemed not to be medical so I began to think they were in my head? The pain had gotten unbearable in the last few months I would wake up daily in pain mainly my neck down my spine and out my side near my rib cage I had difficulty eating I would have to stay stood up to eat and breathing was also affected due to the pain I was in. Dr Clifford was my hope when I hadn't any left. My daily life is nearly back to how it was previous I'm able to enjoy every day again and I am able to get back to doing my job as previous. I'd also like to mention I have never had to take any medication which is my preference. Dr. Clifford and the staff alike are so welcoming and I feel so at ease and look forward to every visit.

He devised an excellent physiotherapy programme to treat cervical radioculopathy and damage to C5 and C6 discs desiccation. I had limited movement in my upper arm also. After my knee locking coming downstairs I had pain and limping a dread of steps. Matthew explained the muscles that needed to be built up and tailored a programme for me. After 3 appointments I am now back walking with confidence and taking the stairs. Very professional and delighted with the results.

Robbie Smyth and the Physio Performance team were great. I had a long term achilles tendon problem. When I first attended the clinic Robbie said that I might even need surgery. However, with the correct treatment, exercises and gym work I am now nearly 100%. It took nearly a year to rehabilitate but with the treatment and a lot of hard work in the gym, I was eventually able to run the Dublin City Marathon last October. What a great experience. Knee problem 6 months. Have seen a chiropractor but not fully satisfied. Good interview with Mark. Thorough and reassuring. He provided explanation and exercises which I should be able to fit into my daily routine easily. Good value. Would recommend it to others. Zoom works very well for me.
