Having served 5 years in hostile environments as a Royal Marines Commando Dales passion for health fitness and pushing the boundaries of human performance has always been apparent. Once leaving the armed forces this passion took Dale to pursue a competitive career in professional mixed martial arts.

Pushing his body on a daily basis led Dale to experience many injuries which left him in pain and fustrated at not being able to do the things he loved. Offered surgery for many of his injuries Dale was keen to avoid going under the knife and seeked the advice and treatment from an osteopath and physiotherapist.

Amazed by the results Dale chose to pursue a career in helping others live their lives in as little pain as possible so that they can enjoy their body to the full. Dales passion for his patients health and performance along with his strong entreprenurial spirit led him to open Hardiman Performance.

Dale graduated from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy achieving a Masters with Distinction in Osteopathy. Treating patients in London since 2012 he has had much experience in the treatment of every day aches, pains and problems. Dale has also experienced placements in specialist expectant mothers and elderly clinics. Dale has been fortunate enough to work with many types of athlete including boxers, martial artists, power lifters, body builders, and endurance athletes.

Dale has a special interest in the treatment of occupationally related back, neck and knee pain. Dale has also carried out research into the treatment of athletic groin and hip pain. Dales major passion is in the treatment of sports related injuries.

Born and raised in Luton Dale has returned home to bring quality care to the people of Luton and the surrounding areas, hence the opening of the Hardiman Performance Osteopathic Sports Injury and Athletic Development Clinic.
