Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. I don’t even know how to begin to express myself because right from the moment I messaged them about my procedure to arriving in Egypt to meeting the team, has been amazing. Dr Ashraf is more than an amazing doctor who knows his job too much, his team, is wonderful people. Should I talk about care? Amazing! Their professionalism is top notch and their response time is over 100%. They make you feel special and truly care for their patient which is very important. I blessed the day I searched for Dr Ashraf and his response ASAP buttered it for me. My recovery is very fast alhamdulillah. I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Thank you all for your excellent treatment and a very good outcome. I thoroughly recommend it.
