From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Thank you all for your excellent treatment and a very good outcome. I thoroughly recommend it.

Km Surical are first class. I had rhinophyma, when Ken and his nurses finished, to say I was over the moon does not cut it. My nose was "perfect" I said I looked like Brad Pitt (well nearly😃😃) The procedure was painless laser treatment. The service was impeccable, the staff extremely professional and great sense of humour. Money very well spent, I thank the team very much!
