ImmuneCells21 - Oncology Clinic in ThailandFeatured

ImmuneCells21

(877) 304-0812 ext: 57801 Bangkok, Thailand
Immune Cells 21, the leading immunotherapy cancer treatment in Thailand with a focus in analyzing and enhancing the patients´ immune system functions. The immune system’s prime function is to protect the body against infection and the development of cancer. We use cultured Cytotoxic Natural Killer Cells (NK Cells) with a supportive program of immune boosting and anti-cancer therapies.Support and enhancement of the immune system is perhaps the most important step in achieving resistance to disease and reducing susceptibility to colds, the flu or cancer. With specialist laboratory tests we are able to look at the activity of the body´s key immune cells such asnatural killer cells(NK cells) to determine how well your immune system operates. After assessment of the immune systems functions our patients will have two options:Healthy Immune System:immune cell banking– store your healthy immune cells for the futureUnhealthy Immune System:immunotherapy treatment– grow, activate and inject your immune cellsPatients Diagnosed With Cancer – a targeted immunotherapy cancer treatment program will be advised. This program will combine our immune cell treatment with photodynamic therapy (PDT), local & systemic hyperthermia and a targeted natural substance program. We are able to target treatments by assessing the actual effects of natural substances such as curcumin, hyperacin and artisunate on the patients actual cancer cells.
NK Cell Therapy (6 infusions) up to $45000
Cancer Treatment with NK CellsNatural Killer Cells (NK Cells) are lymphocytes in the same family as T and B cells, coming from a common progenitor. However, as cells of the innate immune system, NK cells are classified as group I Innate Lymphocytes (ILCs) and respond quickly to a wide variety of pathological challenges. NK cells are best known for killing virally infected cells, and detecting and controlling early signs of cancer. As well as protecting against disease, specialized NK cells are also found in the placenta and may play an important role in pregnancy.  NK cells were first noticed for their ability to kill tumour cells without any priming or prior activation (in contrast to cytotoxic T cells, which need priming by antigen presenting cells). They are named for this ‘natural’ killing. Additionally, NK cells secrete cytokines such as IFNγ and TNFα, which act on other immune cells like Macrophage and Dendritic cells to enhance the immune response. While on patrol NK cells constantly contact other cells. Whether or not the NK cell kills these cells depends on a balance of signals from activating receptors and inhibitory receptors on the NK cell surface. Activating receptors recognise molecules that are expressed on the surface of cancer cells and infected cells, and ‘switch on’ the NK cell. Inhibitory receptors act as a check on NK cell killing. Most normal healthy cells express MHC I receptors which mark these cells as ‘self’. Inhibitory receptors on the surface of the NK cell recognise cognate MHC I, and this ‘switches off’ the NK cell, preventing it from killing. Cancer cells and infected cells often lose their MHC I, leaving them vulnerable to NK cell killing. Once the decision is made to kill, the NK cell releases cytotoxic granules containing perforin and granzymes, which leads to lysis of the target cell.

Dr Vikas Goswamis Cancer Clinic - Oncology Clinic in India

Dr Vikas Goswami himself and his team has been really supportiveManeet, New Delhi, 20 10 16

My father was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years back. He was addicted to smoking. The entire family tried very hard for years to make him get rid of this bad habit. He was also willing himself to stop smoking. He also tried nicotine gums and all to satisfy tobacco cravings but it did not worked for long. My father’s breathing problems were increasing and it gave us a sign that something big and bad was going to happen to him. He used to cough so bad all the time that too with traces of blood. His voice also changed and became little rough. He wouldn’t eat properly and started looking so weak. We consulted Dr Vikas Goswami. He did some tests that confirmed that my dad had lung cancer. It took us some time to really cope with the shock but then we knew that right treatment can make him normal again. We followed Dr Vikas’s instructions throughout. I think 6 months in the beginning were the most difficult but later we started seeing a lot of improvement in my father’s condition. He hasn’t recovered properly yet and the treatment is still going on...but he already feels a lot better… Dr Vikas Goswami himself and his team has been really supportive all this while. They have guided us on every doubt or question we had so that we have full faith in him and the treatment. The medical techniques and machines they use are also very advanced…the clinic remains very clean and organised all the time…all of it really helps a patient as well.
