I attended the clinic due to increasing levels of pain in back, hip and knee and reduced mobility and reduction in just enjoying life. The whole team are very professional in approach. From first contact everything was explained, there were no surprises, a smooth process from assessment, treatment plan proposed, delivery of the treatment plan + homework in the form of exercises to do at home. The cost was explained from the beginning and there are payment options. My pain levels and mobility have improved after a month, sleep pattern improved and on fewer painkillers. Have returned to swimming which I love. The appointments were worked around my employment schedule. I was surprised the assessment went beyond my presenting issue with a letter for my GP to check something out. Over the years I have spent money on different shoes and trainers I thought would make a difference and various vitamins etc, over the counter creams, personal trainers.
