I have had a problem with my shoulder and arm for 6 months and, after two sessions of physio and dry acupuncture, I feel a million per cent better. The physiotherapist came across as very competent and professional. I chose this clinic because it offered both physio and western acupuncture at an affordable price and it is central.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.

Conveniently located at Chorlton, Manchester with very easy accessibility by car and public transport.  There is sometimes availability to park on the clinic driveway, or usually spaces on the surrounding roads.  There is also a car park opposite that charges £1 for 2 hrs which will be refunded to you by Serenity Therapies.

The first consultation is long and in depth, up to two hours if need be. This gives me time to understand the problem in depth. It may be that I then need more time to think about the consultation, decide on the appropriate remedy and to plan a course of treatment. I don't like to rush and it is important to me to get things right. Homeopathy is a gentle system of medicine that works with your body, not against it, stimulating your own ability to heal yourself. Remedies are made from animal, vegetable or mineral sources. After taking a detailed case history, your symptoms are matched to the most appropriate remedy. Even though ten people may have been diagnosed with the "same" condition, ten different remedies may be needed. Homeopathy is a very individualised therapy and no two patients are truly the same.
