I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Been seeing Tara for a couple of years now. In this time, she has helped me a lot. Tara is always on the end of the phone if I need help or advice. She recently helped me with my recent problems with my back. Would highly recommend this clinic; all the staff are really friendly and polite.

I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I saw a considerable reduction in daily headaches to having two in four weeks. I have not had one since last week. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.
