After graduating from the Neurosurgery specialty training program in 2011, he completed his compulsory service at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital.

       He graduated from Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine, where he started his education in 1993, as a Brain Nerve and Spine Surgeon in 1999. After receiving "Microsurgery Training" in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery in 1999, he completed his education on spine surgery and lumbar cages at the University of Vienna. He completed it in 2002. He has been working on revision surgeries, scoliosis surgery and minimally invasive interventions since 2004. In this context, he performed more than 2000 operations until 2012, becoming one of the prominent names in the region in the field of revision, scoliosis and deformity surgery.

      He established the Department of Brain and Spine Surgery in the private hospital where he worked between 2013/2019 and performed many complicated surgeries. He treated many patients from abroad, especially within the scope of health tourism.

      Specialist Doctor Murat Baloğlu's loyalty to his education and scientific pursuits encouraged him to do many medical studies on Algology and, using the Functional Medicine Training he received, he developed diagnosis and treatment methods that see diseases as a holistic.
