I wish to thank everyone at AngliEAR Hearing and Tinnitus Solutions for their warmth, generosity, professionalism and care that they gave to me at a time when I was really struggling with the sudden onset of loud, and very stressful, tinnitus. At a time when I was feeling low and didn’t know who to turn to, some of the other clinics I contacted were very cold in their response, but not AngliEAR hearing! When I first called, Christina was warm and understanding and put me immediately at ease. Christina and Sarah were both really helpful in arranging (and re-arranging) my appointment. Trevor was fantastic at explaining what tinnitus is and how people react to it and he helped me immensely in dealing with it. Daniel was also great when he gave me my hearing test and was professional and friendly throughout, taking time to explain each step of the test. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!

I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.
