I went for a consultation and explained in detail the problems I was having / experiencing. I was given clear information about what was likely to be the problem. I was given a running commentary (excellent and very helpful) about what was going on and its effect on me, as well as what was going to be achieved in addition to the effects on me. I was told, that I really need the treatment. I have improved quite a bit, but I am aware that a follow up treatment will be useful. I have no problem in recommending them. Excellent work and service all around.
