The lady at reception was so very professional and welcoming. The relief I feel at having this doctor looking after me is indescribable. Beautiful spacious building with plenty of room to wait. Such a gentle and understanding Doctor, Dr Sonja made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that I was being heard and not wasting anyone's time. I am so happy I chose to keep this appointment ( which I had been tempted to cancel as I really didn't want to create a fuss - surely it was just Menopause and there was nothing I could do about it!)
