This group runs four high quality Pilates studios in Dublin, Ireland. The studios are located at Stillorgan, Rathmines, Sandymount & Leeson Street. A wide range of Pilates based services are provided by the team of trainers at both studios. They offer over 200 classes in a week. The team works with patients on a one to one basis or in a group setting according to the unique needs of each individual patient.
