I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

SWD. I was greeted with a professional, warm friendly face. A full history was taken prior to treatment and the procedure was explained clearly to me. Stephanie was very reassuring making sure I was comfortable at all times. I was made to feel at ease and safe in the knowledge Stephanie was an expert in her profession. Aftercare was explained to me. I’m so grateful to them and would not hesitate in recommending Springwell clinic to others.

I wanted a wart removed from my leg. I called Diamond and talked through the options. They seemed very organised and reassuring. I paid them in advance by card and made an appointment for three weeks later. I sent them a photo of my unwanted wart. A week before a nurse called and talked me through the procedure. Again, very reassuring. On the day I was seen bang on time and the entire procedure was totally painless and even pleasant. Aftercare advice was excellent. My £400 was well spent.
