My 13 year old daughter has troublesome warts around her nail beds which I have been unable to remove with over the counter methods. The team at the clinic have been helpful from first contact. The appointment went smoothly, the environment is relaxing and the staff were kind and supportive. The electrolysis was explained thoroughly and carried out attentively, first appointment was just yesterday so hopeful of good results.

From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

Just had those horrid veins removed from my face with these ladies. I'm over the moon with the results. The ladies were great, told me exactly what to expect. Can't stop looking in the mirror. Thank you again 💓.
