Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!
