The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

Dr. Prashant checked in with me multiple times, made himself available when I had concerns, and never made me feel brushed off or ignored. The level of aftercare was exceptional and honestly made all the difference in my recovery. I felt genuinely cared for, not just treated. While complications are never ideal, the way they're handled matters-and in this case, the follow-up, communication, and support were second to none.
