I am so pleased with my watercolour tattoo from Graham, it is absolutely perfect and far exceeds what I thought possible. I chose this clinic as I wanted someone who specialises in watercolour tattoos as I wanted specific colours. Graham was so patient and kind on my first consultation and I left there feeling full of hope. When he contacted me nearer my tattoo date with a picture of the tattoo he had designed I was honestly blown away and didn't think it was possible. On the day of my tattoo, he was so considerate and professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Graham constantly checked I was ok and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the finished tattoo and can't recommend him enough. I am so proud of my tattoo and have had so many compliments, I am so happy with my whole experience.

The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.

I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

I suffered for 6 years with an itchy scalp with nothing externally visible...I had been to the doctors, dermatologists countless times over this 6 year period. The itching drove me crazy to the point at which I was using a wire brush for relief. I needed answers. My wife found Shuna after researching trichologists and made an appointment. Shuna found a solution to my problem that I can now manage. This amazing lady took the time to listen and investigate and use her vast depth of expertise to help me .....within just one month of her help I had relief.
