Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. Had a very unsightly facial mole removed on Wednesday at Wimborne clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Jai and the procedure was explained and carried out without any pain. I would recommend this clinic. I took the plaster off after 48 hours and the scar is very small. Again, no pain or bruising.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.

Removal of growth on forehead. Given the length of probable wait in the NHS, chose to go private. Got an initial appointment within a week, and procedure done 2 days later. Clinic was very impressive and welcoming, as was the doctor. The procedure was done quickly and competently

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
