Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Sent Dr Kajan an email enquiring about removal of a seborrheic keratosis. Within 24 hours I had an email back requesting a photo which I sent my return. The same day Dr Kajan called me and after a discussion booked me in for removal. Removal was quick and painless. The cost was £300. As it had already been diagnosed by an NHS dermatologist I didn’t bother having it sent off to be analysed as this would have cost more. Very impressed with the service and will be booking up on behalf of my daughter in the near future.

She is absolutely amazing at what she does, makes you feel comfortable, and explains all the treatments so you know what you're getting. I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
