Panoramic Dental X-Ray Hà Noi

I travelled to Vietnam from Australia in August 2026 for a three-week holiday. In the lead-up to my journey, I had enquired about dental implants with Smart Dental. I sent an email, which was replied to by Vu Thi Mai (Mai). Let me say, Mai is the most remarkable young woman I have ever met. Mai scheduled a consultation appointment in Hanoi to coincide with my time in Hanoi. My plane was due to arrive at midnight, and Mai told me she would pick me up at the airport and arrange accommodation in a hotel near the clinic. I sat in the terminal in Saigon waiting for my flight, which was being constantly delayed. So much so, I texted Mai and suggested she go home, and I would make arrangements when I got to Hanoi. The plane landed in Hanoi at 3:30 am. Now, I had never met Mai before. Imagine my surprise and delight when I walked to retrieve my luggage and saw a young woman standing outside. I knew straight away it was Mai. She waved to me, and I returned the wave. 3:30 am!!!!! She had a car and a driver there and took me to a hotel near the clinic that was expecting me. The next day (well, actually the same day) I went to the clinic and had some X-rays and a consultation with dentists and technicians there. These people were professional, empathetic and made me feel important. Of course, Mai was at work early despite little sleep. I look forward to returning to Vietnam next year to get my implants from Smart Dental and to seeing the beautiful Mai again. I still get teary when I think about this beautiful young woman and what she did for me.

I went to this clinic in January. All the staff and doctors are very friendly and consult my dental situation patiently after checking with X-ray. I have received the tooth extraction, root canal treatment and dental implant. The doctors and the staff are very skilful and proficient. The pain from the treatment is tolerable, and the operation is quite fast. It lasted over an hour for the three tooth extraction and two implants. The clinic is clean, and they follow the high standard of health safety. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Had a crown fall out and the clinic helped me to put it back in place. I need to get some additional dental work done and will stay with Greenfield Dental for sure. These people are very professional, and treatment rooms and X-rays are top-of-the-line. It’s a pleasant experience actually which is very unusual for going to the dentist!
