We travelled from New Zealand to Hanoi to get dental work done. I had bad gum and bone loss under one tooth which was causing me pain to the point I could not eat. They were warm, very caring and explained everything to me in near perfect English. I needed a denture to be made and as I could only stay in Hanoi for 10 days. They accommodated me well and even had my denture ready in just a few days. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work, it is worth the trip. The staff were warm and welcoming from the minute I walked inside. As I get anxious at dentists I also had the option to get IV sedation which made the process so much better. I will be going back to them to get more work done in future. I 100% recommend them and thank them all for the lovely experience and for answering my many questions before my arrival.
