I had a crown on my upper front tooth,and a couple of fillings, and a great clean!!. I found the clinic to be very professional,courteous,and the staff are extremely empathetic! . The clinic had all the modern equipment and the staff were very capable of using it, not only was my treatment completely painless,but the lovely staff even gave me the choice of comforting music to relax. My dental work has definitely stood up to the elements! I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to this clinic.

I had some major dental treatments done at Dr Dat & CS International, including dental implants, dental crowns, root canal and extractions. My upper teeth where in a state of bad decay and also i had several missing teeth and also broken teeth. I visited Hanoi from Australia, particularly to have my treatment done at this clinic, the whole process from my first visit to the completion of my procedures was seamless and 95% pain free, I have now gone from not wanting to smile or show my teeth to others, to having a beautiful and confident smile, that looks completely natural, Dr Dat and his team where very professional and supportive throughout the whole process, I will be returning in mid 2018 for further treatments to my lower teeth, and also to complete the x2 implants on my upper teeth. I chose this clinic from many choices in Hanoi, as Dr Dat and is partner Dr Huyen where the only clinic to advise me and continue to guide me through all of the procedures that I was to be having done, right from the necessary scans and x rays I needed to have done in Australia and send to them before I could determine my exact treatment plan. My first impressions of the clinic etc, was that it was very clean and also that the Dr and his team where all maintaining the proper hygiene standards and from the moment i stepped foot in the clinic I was made to feel welcome, calm and relaxed, and also all of the procedures where explained to me before and through the various procedures. very professional at all times.I would highly recommend this clinic Dr Dat and his team to anybody considering dental treatments and services in Hanoi, first class service and products and the costs where and are very reasonable, making it an accessible service for most people needing any kind of dental treatment.

The technology, the procedures...all explained clearly. A true consultative process. I had old metal fillings replaced, a root canal, new crown and gum surgery. Pain free experience, even though one of the procedures was unpleasant. The clinic is modern and spotless. Dr. Abel and his staff are professional and caring. If you come from overseas for treatment, there are many nearby hotels, including one right next door. Because it is by Truc Bach Lake, you can find quiet spots to relax in busy Hanoi.

She was considerate, gentle and just a great person. The dental assistants were really friendly and well trained. Frederick didn't treat us but took the time to introduce him self and explain things to us both. The clinic was very clean and organised. We can't fault anything about the place.
