I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I was a patient at this clinic until I moved away recently. I had a considerable amount of dental work including 4 implants and several fillings. The clinic has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The treatments were consistently excellent.

I am undergoing a lot of different procedures at the moment. In the past I have been terrified of visits to the dentist, having had a very traumatic experience when I was a child. I can honestly say, with hand on heart, that this is by far and away from the best treatment I have ever received. No pain, no discomfort - absolutely fine. Visited Diane and Aga yesterday and came away dancing on air! Please don't be afraid, give this practice a try - you won't regret it...

I was really cared for by the Dentist and the staff. I had leg injuries and have problems with mobility, I was made to feel very safe and cared for. This is my new Dentist now! Very happy with everyone and their care at Glynneath.
