I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. I have had a fear of dentists since I am a child of the s and in those days it was a reasonable reason for my fear! I was having treatment for a 6-month smile nearby and was badly treated -again. As a last resort, I came to the Villa to try one last time to sort my smile out. Sam was wonderful. He did exactly what my last dentist said I couldnt do! I now have a great smile and it's given me confidence. I have a friend who also had a mortal fear of dentists. She recommended Sam. Since then I haven't looked back. I went today with concern that my root canal was going to hurt.... It didn't! If you want or need dental treatment go here and ask for Sam. He's the man - incredible and it's not a fear for me anymore. He's private but hey, take out insurance so it doesn't hurt so much financially. Well done Sam. I'm one of your greatest fans and your nurses are exceptional too!
I was a patient at this clinic until I moved away recently. I had a considerable amount of dental work including 4 implants and several fillings. The clinic has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The treatments were consistently excellent.
After suffering the embarrassment of a front black tooth caused by a root canal gone wrong, which I'd had years ago, and which two previous dentists told me that it couldn't be fixed, and that a crown on my tooth was not possible. I was lucky enough to be taken on as a patient by Advance Dental Care. I was placed with the dentist named Kas, he told me the reason why my tooth had discoloured so badly and explained what treatment he could offer to put things right. So firstly he did a re-route canal, but unfortunately my tooth was so dark that the re-route didn't make a lot of difference. So I went ahead and had the crown - which other dentists said was not possible, and now I have a lovely white crown - which for all the world (matches) looks like my own tooth, and I couldn't be happier. It not only looks great, but has given me my confidence back, and now I'm happy to smile properly again. Also, I'm nervous of dentists, but Kas and the dental assistants made me feel at ease from the beginning. Plus the receptionists are nice and polite, so much so that I'm actually looking forward to going back to arrange a mini plate for my couple of missing back teeth.
I was really cared for by the Dentist and the staff. I had leg injuries and have problems with mobility, I was made to feel very safe and cared for. This is my new Dentist now! Very happy with everyone and their care at Glynneath.
