Brilliant Dentist, 1st time I have had no pain at the dentist! Even the initial injection. Had a single filling in an awkward place, but no problem for Kelly, well done 👍 Highly recommended. Bit of confusion over the Denplan discount, but the receptionist explained that I had to pay full price!
I have been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist for years. The treatment I received at Mayhill was excellent from the beginning. I have never had such caring treatment with my anxiety so well considered. Thanks to Ryan and all of the team I won’t be so fearful again. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Mayhill Centre.
Have been with the clinic for a number of years. Had a variety of treatments. Even with complicated work, I never felt that I would prefer not to go (!). Overall, probably had between 15 and 20 appointments. Saw several dentists in the practice, although mainly Max and Kevin. All serious people are egging me on to do the best for my own teeth care, which I have adopted as much as possible. Top-line gear and procedures. Give them a chance - you won't regret it! PS. One or two of the negative reviews were due to holding on the phone to get through first thing in the morning. Yes, it is exasperating, but it is not unique to Cox's - I've met the problem elsewhere. Doesn't affect the quality of care when you get your appointments.
I have always had a fear of dentists and have had a really good experience since moving to this dentist practice. Claire Bayliss has been fantastic in keeping me calm and understanding my fear, making the appointment as relaxing and calm as possible. Mandy at reception has always been so polite and positive about my appointments, knowing I have a fear. She really helps me feel safe and confident.
Excellent, professional, friendly, clean service in a pleasant period property which I can only describe as well maintained & keeping original features. My dentist Naiomi was just perfect with advice & treatment. All staff were polite, respectful & professional. The practice is close for Newport High Street. Highly recommended. Thank you to all at The Mall dental practice.
