I have just had my Dental implants completed at Advance Dental Care with Andy and his fantastic Dental nurses, the receptionists were all so friendly when I contacted them. Due to gum disease my teeth had moved and deteriorated over time and I became very conscious of them. I chose this dentist after my consultation and have never looked back. From the beginning to end of my treatment, they were all so brilliant, explained everything fully and they were all so kind and caring. I couldn't have wished for better and I am over the moon with the results.
My experience here was fantastic. I think most of us are a bit apprehensive about having treatment but Sarah puts you at ease straight away. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming made me feel totally relaxed. I cannot recommend enough lovely people, thank you to you all.
My first visit and I was immensely impressed with Aleisha. She was the perfect professional who had evidently made herself fully aware of my current health issues and my concerns and anxiety. My Trigeminal Neuralgia warranted much discussion and we were both keen to ensure that we were on 'the same page' regarding future actions from various NHS partners. I can look back at my consultation with Aleisha as a totally comfortable experience. I have total confidence knowing that she will be looking after my interests moving forward. A true gem.
I have been with this practice since I was born(45years). Also, I find everyone that I deal with and have dealt in past and present a very nice, very friendly service and very good care before and after treatment.
I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
My wife had recently had a full set of dentures from her NHS dentist in Neath, at a cost of £250, which after many visits over several months were so poorly fitting that she could no longer use them to eat or talk properly. She visited Threeway dental laboratory at Talbot Green and after treatment from Simon, she now has a full set of dentures that fit perfectly, once again she can visit restaurants and can choose from the menu. I would recommend Threeway Dental Laboratory and Simon whose patience and understanding were second to none. Thank you, Simon.
