Today I had my first check-up since "lockdown" and was very impressed with the service. Extensive measures and professionalism ere exhibited to ensure that there was minimal risk to staff or patients. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.
I am undergoing a lot of different procedures at the moment. In the past I have been terrified of visits to the dentist, having had a very traumatic experience when I was a child. I can honestly say, with hand on heart, that this is by far and away from the best treatment I have ever received. No pain, no discomfort - absolutely fine. My first visit and I was immensely impressed with Aleisha. She was the perfect professional who had evidently made herself fully aware of my current health issues and my concerns and anxiety. My Trigeminal Neuralgia warranted much discussion and we were both keen to ensure that we were on 'the same page' regarding future actions from various NHS partners. I can look back at my consultation with Aleisha as a totally comfortable experience. I have total confidence knowing that she will be looking after my interests moving forward. A true gem.
