I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. I have recently had a dental implant at Wycherleys. All the care and attention was excellent. I had sedation so I remembered nothing from the procedure. I expected some pain afterwards but just had slight soreness. I have had no problems at all. Finally, I had the crown fitted. There was a delay due to the lockdown. Ash and the girls are first class. Always kind and caring. Ash explained everything. Think I must be his most nervous patient, but he was so good at putting me at ease. I was given an appointment within a short period of time. I had very little time waiting at the clinic. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. My medical record was checked and confirmed. I was given a detailed explanation of my oral condition illustrated by the use of dental x-ray film which enabled me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. There was ample time for discussion and at no time did I feel pressurised in making a decision about future treatment. The range of treatments offered was explained as well as the costings. A pleasant, helpful and friendly environment from reception, to clinic and departure.
