I am terrified of Dentists and hence, delaying is my way of putting off the visits till it becomes very necessary. My visit last Friday at the Shine Dental - Mansfield Business Park, Four Marks, Medstead, Alton was a good comforting experience. It is a very welcoming clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I booked an emergency appointment and was so relieved to be seen so quickly! I saw Dr Farzad who was amazing (I am a nervous patient). He extracted my tooth under sedation and I’m now in discussions to proceed with implant treatment. The practice has a charming and friendly atmosphere, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of excellent dental care!
I visited Confident Smile to discuss an implant and Alex who is extremely knowledgable recommended I considered a brace for upper and lower teeth including an extraction to straighten the lower teeth for cosmetic and preventative measures as well. I have now had this treatment and an implant in my lower jaw. I am a very nervous patient but at all times I was made to feel calm, relaxed and throughout my dental journey I was put at ease and each procedure was explained in detail prior to the work being carried out. Alex and his team were extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. I have now moved to this dentist permanently for check ups and hygiene visits and highly recommend them. The receptionists are also friendly and very helpful.
My first impression of this Clinic was that I felt welcome, and the communication with staff made me very comfortable. It was like visiting family.
