I had a fantastic experience at Oaks Dental Ruislip. The team here, from the dentists to the hygienists, are incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to making every visit a comfortable one. A special mention to Dr. Ramona—she is an amazing dentist who truly cares for her patients. Her attention to detail and genuine follow-ups when needed make all the difference. The practice manager and reception staff are equally outstanding. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients efficiently and always listen to their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The recent refurbishments are stunning—the practice feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I also really appreciated the soothing music in the waiting area; it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made a big difference for me. I can't recommend Oaks Dental Ruislip enough. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent care and ensure their patients feel at ease.

I have been there several times for my teeth issues. Now I have no issues thanks to Dr Monsur, Dr Zaina, Annette, Vivienne, Fatma and Saida. Staff is very polite and professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Yesterday (25th July) I came in for an emergency appointment and in a lot of pain. It turned out that I had to have my tooth extracted. Ali and Nurjis were the team who worked on extracting my tooth. It wasn't what I was expecting and it's not a pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination but, under their care, I felt looked after. Not only that, but I felt that they had my best interests at the heart of everything they did. Ali explained the whole procedure very clearly and thoroughly and talked me through it step by step so nothing was unexpected. The follow-up phone call from Nurjis was friendly and reassuring. Their care and dedication made the whole experience much more bearable. I am already recovering well and considering an implant. Thank you!

I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.

Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone at Pinn Dental Practice make going to the dentist a pleasure - well, not quite - but certainly as painless as possible. Thank you.

Alex and his team at Confident Smile are all so professional and welcoming. I’m so happy with the treatment I’ve had, it’s transformed the look of my teeth. I had quite a few complex issues: overcrowding, needing an implant and old fillings needing replacing. Alex has done an amazing job correcting everything and I am very happy with my teeth now!

I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.
