I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.

I attend the surgery regularly for dental hygienists and check ups. My experience with both is outstanding and the surgery hygienist is so gentle but very efficient. Sadly I needed a dental extraction recently and from the procedure to the hygienist appointment after, the care was exemplary.
Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team. I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.
