All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nigel Saynor for nearly three years, and I cannot recommend him and his incredible team highly enough. After a very traumatic experience with a previous dentist who caused severe damage to my jaw during an extraction, I was left not only with physical injuries but also with a deep fear of dental visits. The extraction left me terrified and emotionally scarred, to the point where I never wanted to set foot in a dentist’s office again. But from the very first consultation with Dr. Saynor, I felt a sense of hope. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and carefully explain the treatment options available to me. His calm, compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about restoring not just my teeth but also my confidence. Dr. Saynor and his team have completely rebuilt my jaw, performed an implant, and worked miracles in repairing the damage left by the previous dental experience. I can now smile again, something I never thought possible after what I went through. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to patient care are truly exceptional. The entire team is warm, supportive, and highly skilled. Every visit has been a positive experience, and the care I’ve received has been nothing short of outstanding. I am no longer fearful of dental visits, and I am so grateful to Dr. Saynor for giving me back my smile and my confidence. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Parisa for being so amazing with me yesterday and really taking her time to make sure everything was perfect for me and that I was happy and comfortable before, throughout and after the procedure! I cannot believe how good my nose looks even though it's still slightly swollen I love it!! I never thought in a million years I'd feel comfortable taking a side profile picture but she has improved my confidence so much so thank you! I'II definitely be back soon.

I am a reluctant dental patient. A friend recommended Mike Powell, which gave me the confidence to attend his practice. On my visit, the stall was kindly & the dentist exceptionally thorough. He commented on all aspects of my dental story, asked me what I wanted from my treatment & carried out necessary Xrays & examinations. I tremble at the cost of my treatment but I feel l have put myself in good hands.

Recommendation for anyone looking for a dentist in the Chorley area: My wife and I have been with the practice for 10+ years, initially under (the excellent) Dr. Melia and latterly with the 'new' team following his retirement. All-round excellent service - from Reception staff, availability of appointments, reminders, etc., through to treatment. This has included fillings, whitening, an extraction (thanks to Claire Manley for the options and the power of her right arm to remove a molar with no adverse consequences/follow-up requirements) and an ongoing programme of visits to Hygienist Kerry, who's putting right several years of (my) neglect. My wife insists we also mention Stuart Fishwick, shortly moving to Scotland and will be missed, too. Thanks all round, therefore, and I will be back for the next check-ups in a couple of months.
