Bramcote Dental Practice

I went to see Dr. Nigel Saynor for the first time in March at Bramcote Dental Practice for an implant and bone graft. I chose Nigel having listened to my husband's glowing reports about the implant Nigel did for him, and especially having read the excellent Google reviews.

I had already had one implant elsewhere, and although I couldn't fault the implantologist's work and professionalism, the time it took from tooth extraction to the final visit was excessive ( nine visits over a 10-month period, including a visit to CT Dent in Altrincham for a CT scan ) and this didn't include a bone graft or a temporary crown (it was a back tooth so I wasn't bothered about the temporary gap).

I was therefore overwhelmed when Nigel and his team practically performed the whole implant procedure on my first visit (at my request)! This included a CT scan (saving me a trip to CT Dent) and x-rays, an initial consultation, a tooth extraction, and an implant with significant bone grafting followed by a beautiful temporary crown. All this took just 30 minutes and was practically painless. For the rest of the day I suffered minimal pain with the help of Ibuprofen, and by the next morning, no painkillers were required.

I returned to Nigel and his team last week to have my permanent crown fitted over my implant. This was scheduled to be four months after the initial treatment, but I delayed it significantly due to other commitments and also because the temporary crown was perfectly adequate as well as aesthetically pleasing. Having the permanent crown fitted was a breeze and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much!

I have had 2 sets of implants with Nigel Saynor at Bramcote Dental Practice. I was dreading the experience but it was painless and easy (except on my bank account, but you can't get implants on the NHS). All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional, and unlike most surgeries, the waiting room has refreshments, good magazines, and comfortable chairs. I would recommend this practice, and particularly the very skilled Nigel Saynor who did an excellent job.

After 28+ years I have had new veneers on the fron upper 4 teeth. The original veneers have lasted far longer than were thought possible. The new veneers are amazing and indistinguishable from my other teeth in colour, tone and feel.

Nigel Saynor is an artist in the profession. I have known him for many years and he is someone who cares very much for his client's teeth and for dentistry in general. He is highly thought of by colleagues around the world and is consistently updating his equipment and new technology.

If anyone has any doubts about where to go with dental problems or for advice re that area, please go to Nigel Saynor. He loves his profession and will only give his best.
I live quite a long way away but would never consider anyone but Nigel and his team to look after my teeth.

I had a front crown renewed in February but due to commitments was unable to have the final crown inserted before May. The temporary crown worked fine as has the finished one and is a testament to the expertise of Dr Saynor and his team.

No comment. I am happy with the service and have nothing more to add.

Excellent treatment as usual. I had a chipped crown and tooth. I had booked an appointment for an assessment but Dr Saynor very quickly identified the problem. During the appointment, he froze my gum, filled the adjacent tooth, took off the chipped crown, repaired it and took an impression for the replacement crown. I returned in two weeks to have the new crown fitted.

I was expecting several appointments to sort out the problem. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Saynor for his efficiency in dealing with the issues.

In my opinion, whereas it is more expensive it is well worth the extra cost to have such an efficient, well-run practice.

I’ve had three dental implants, and 2 crowns @Bramcotes over the years. I am more than happy with the exceptional results! Nigel and the team have done an amazing job. Very grateful!!

Fantastic service as always from Nigel and his team…..I am an extremely nervous patient and they always put me at ease and so professional and calm.
