Definitely recommend North House especially if like me you have a needle phobia. Dr Ram is very patient and I never feel rushed he explains everything he's going to do. The surgery is super clean and the two dental nurses are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else since coming here.
The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. I am very very impressed with my new dentist Dr Vyas After talking to his lovely and very encouraging receptionist who said I had the best dentist who would look after me and not to worry I was made an immediate appointment Dr Vyas was very professional, and courteous and explained everything that would need to be done if I were to continue with another appointment I went ahead with his professional opinion and the result is I’m now pain-free and have a lovely white filling after he replaced the very old black one which had been giving me all the grief I will certainly be using my new dentist in the future Thank you Broadwalk Dental
