Definitely recommend North House especially if like me you have a needle phobia. Dr Ram is very patient and I never feel rushed he explains everything he's going to do. The surgery is super clean and the two dental nurses are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else since coming here.
12 years ago my teeth were in a dreadful state after years of neglect following my previous dentist's retirement. Remembering unpleasant experiences as a kid in the 50's and as a young adult, I delayed finding another dentist until it was almost too late. Eventually, I took a chance and came to Neel's Dentistry, and I'm extremely glad that I did. Neel was very reassuring and I quickly knew that I had come to the right place. There was a lot of work to do: some urgent and some quite difficult, but we discussed a course of treatment (a refurbishment project really) and this was carried out over a period of several months. It included extractions, a number of root canal treatments, crowns and an implant, and required the services of several specialists on Neel's team. The result was a set of strong and healthy teeth, which I still have, and most of which I might otherwise have lost. The competence and professionalism of the team have always been impressive, but what I had not expected was the friendliness, the thoughtful concern and the kindness that I have received on every visit. This is true of both the medical and the reception staff. Needless to say, I always come for my regular check-ups and hygiene treatments, which take place in a relaxing atmosphere, which I could never have previously imagined in a dentist's surgery.
I came to your Dental Centre yesterday as I had broken a front tooth. I phoned the day before and was given an appt for the following day. I was seen by a delightful young man and his nurse, who looked after me very well. The outcome of my broken tooth is fantastic and looks perfect. I cannot praise the dentist enough. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but believe it began with a P. Sorry. I have already recommended him to my son, daughter, and a friend. I will be back. Lesley D
