What an amazing dental surgery! The staff are so professional and friendly. From the very outset after my initial examination, Springmount provided me with a detailed plan which I accepted. The plan involved “inlays” and “implants. The treatment progressed at an agreed time scale resulting in a life changing benefit for me. The surgery is modern and delivers very comfortable surroundings together with outstanding patient care.

My daughter is currently going through the autism and ADHD diagnosis process, and every visit to Glumangate in Chesterfield has been a positive one. They always make her feel comfortable and never rush her. She actually loves going to the dentist now, which says a lot! Every dental nurse we've encountered has been incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. Their gentle and accommodating approach makes all the difference. Once I had managed to get an appointment. I arrived on time, completed the required forms and was seen at the appointed time. At this appointment, I saw a new dentist, who checked my teeth. I had an x-ray on a broken tooth, which was not causing any problems. The dentist showed me the x-ray and took the time to explained options available to me. Overall, a painless experience.

I would never go anywhere else! Jag, Izzy, and Kerry are the best dental team I have ever come across. I count myself extremely lucky to be their patient. I've been a patient for well over 10 years and have always received the very best treatment possible. Kerry (receptionist) is friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!

The clinic was spotlessly clean and Covid-19 compliant. My appointment was on the exact time and the hygienist Nicola Mottram was as thorough, professional and friendly as ever.

My treatment was brilliant. I had a composite/veneer. Sophia makes me feel at ease, she is chatty & reassuring throughout treatment. She explains everything she is doing and is very thorough. She is an excellent dentist & genuinely cares about the patient & the work she does to your teeth. All the staff at the practice are very professional and lovely people. I always feel welcome.

I have to say I have completely changed my view of dentists as a result of the treatment received by Jag at the Bridge Dental Surgery. I was welcomed, made to relax (which has never happened in dental surgery ) soothed by my favourite music during treatment and dare I say it ...had a laugh! Thank you so many guys for that positive relationship. I have told my friends about you all and intend that my granddaughter's first experience will be at a quality dentist like yourself.
