Dove Dental is on Normanton Road Derby and prides itself on treating anxious patients in a sympathetic and understanding way. The clinic provides a range of treatments including cosmetic dentistry and implants. It is a relatively large clinic with about 30 people working there including 5 dental surgeons and a dedicated hygienist and dental therapist. They claim that they carefully evaluate new procedures in order to allow them to introduce the most promising solutions with confidence
Very friendly staff. Good appointment availability. Knowledgeable with explanations of treatment. Short waiting times on phones. Very good quality treatment. I've had very positive experiences there so far, and very happy to be in the care of this practice.
Hate going to the dentist and haven’t been in years. I broke my front tooth, so I had to go. The staff at Dove were very friendly and made me feel relaxed and at ease.Thank you
l have bad memories of dental visits as a child, but Dove dental practice really knows how to put a patient at ease. I’ve had extractions and fillings at this practice. They have all been good experiences; they listen to you and explain what’s going to happen. Because of age l am experiencing some gum inflammation, l am having deep cleans with the hygienist every 3 months, which is helping.
Had an appointment at Dove Dental for a check-up. Jason Bland is fantastic. Very caring and gentle. Explained everything. I had a few concerns about my teeth and he provided all the options available to me. Will be sticking with Jason as he puts me at ease
Very well treated by the hygienist whose manner and warmth in approach and application made the appointment almost enjoyable! Time was spent explaining the treatment and advice given to ensure continuity of healthy teeth.
I struggle with anxiety and I have a fear of the dentist. I told the staff how I was and they went above and beyond their role to help me overcome my fear. They knew I couldn't take pain but they was so nice to me and spoke to me throughout the time. They told me what the best treatment was and what would help my teeth
Being a rather nervous person, lm always rather apprehensive about going to the dentist. However, since joining the Dove Dental Care practice, l can honestly say that both Priya the dentist and Gina the nurse, put my mind at ease and made the whole procedure better than l've ever experienced. Just that my appointment was right on time, the dentist and her assistant were so welcoming and chatted great stuff. I'm not keen on the dentist to be fair.
