What an amazing dental surgery. The staff are so professional and friendly. From the very outset after my initial examination, Springmount provided me with a detailed plan which I accepted. The plan involved “inlays” and “implants. The treatment progressed at an agreed time scale resulting in a life changing benefit for me. The surgery is modern and delivers very comfortable surroundings together with outstanding patient care.

My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. Once I had managed to get an appointment. I arrived on time, completed the required forms and was seen at the appointed time. At this appointment, I saw a new dentist, who checked my teeth. I had an x-ray on a broken tooth, which was not causing any problems. The dentist showed me the x-ray and took the time to explained options available to me. Overall, a painless experience.
I had been unhappy with some of my teeth for many years. After a consultation with Mr Shah I decided to go down the route of tooth implant. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results.
