Our free consultation is the opportunity to meet the team in an open friendly environment. No treatment is provided at this appointment, which is relaxed and informative, usually lasting for 20 minutes.

To replace a missing tooth, a titanium root is placed in the gum where your natural roots would have been sited, and a porcelain replacement tooth is bonded to it after a short healing period. Alternatively, mini implants can be placed around the gum and your denture effectively press studs to them giving a rock solid fit. At Dental Solutions Lymm, we have installed a dedicated separate implant suite at the practice for the comfort of our patients. This suite has the latest bespoke equipment and Richard Brookshaw is one of a handful of surgeons in the country to place the general dental implants, same day smiles and especially zygomatic dental implants. Richard works along with our principal dentist Gavin Laidlaw who restores the implants and our friendly nurses who will look after you throughout your time at the practice. Dental Solutions is one of a very few places in the country to offer zygomatic dental implants.
