Rang up yesterday. Got an emergency appointment for the next day. Was given an examination of my problem tooth. Advice was given on how best to treat it.

I have always found the practice to be very suitable for my needs. I suffer from very bad anxiety and going to the dentist is quite terrifying for me. Both my Dentist and Hygienist are both empathetic to the way I feel and allow me to have any treatment I'm been given at my own pace. I do worry about Oral cancer and both my Dentist and Hygienist do a full check for signs and then reassure me accordingly. Which puts my mind at ease. All the staff are nice, not forgetting the receptionists and therefore going to the dentist is something I do not relish. but is made easier for me by all those involved.

I have had top dentures for three years and I hated them, I stopped smiling and would cover my mouth when I laughed. I did research because my daughter said she would pay for a new set, this is where I met Gary I could just tell he new his stuff, I could tell he was passionate about his job and it wasn’t all about money, 7 weeks later I’m smiling again and they don’t even look like false teeth, my confidence is through the roof. I would recommend Gary and smiles and more to everyone.

After trying to find a dentist for my new smile - I came across here. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble - Dr Hadi made me feel at ease - he was so friendly and helpful. Tina is lovely and again nothing is any trouble - I would recommend all here - lovely place and lovely dentist.....5*

I broke a tooth while cleaning it, rang Freedom Dental at 0900 and was seen by doctor patel at 10.00, Great service by front office staff, Doctor Patel soon discovered the problem and talked me through the alternatives, which was temporary filling or maybe the remaining tooth may have to come out. We settled for the filling for now. Great service from all.

I joined Aigburth dental practice in March 2024 needing RCT followed by a crown. At the time of joining, I was extremely nervous, however the endodontist, Mr Jason Wilkinson made me feel very welcome from the start and also helped me feel significantly less anxious as appointments with him went on. In my experience, I received excellent care from Mr Wilkinson as he has treated me with respect and dignity, understood my anxieties and reassured me throughout as well as taking great care of my teeth as I have not experienced any severe pain or complications during or after any treatment/s. I also felt fully included in the whole process and also in decisions about which treatment/s to opt for with Mr Wilkinson’s honest and expert advice. I have continuously had full access and knowledge about my current tooth health by being shown my X-rays, which were explained to me thoroughly. Mr Wilkinson also explained all upcoming procedure/s in detail whilst putting me at ease and reassuring me when I felt anxious and also explained what he was doing to my teeth during treatment whilst informing me what he would do next, so I would not be too alarmed by any sensations or little pain that would follow. Furthermore, when planning and preparing for my crown, Mr Wilkinson was a perfectionist throughout, wanting the previously made crowns by the lab to be changed when the colour or margin were not ideal. Again, this showed Mr Wilkinson’s high standard of care and moral duty towards me as a patient as he wanted the best for me to improve my confidence and smile and also as crowns are quite expensive. Overall, I will definitely continue to use this practice as my ongoing dentist as it has proved very trustworthy, competent and caring. Kind regards,

Lovely staff and no fuss treatment. I was quite surprised no hand gel available due to the recent pandemic but maybe I should have taken my own.
