Believe all the good reviews — this clinic is truly exceptional. From the front desk and assistants to the doctors, everyone is incredibly kind, caring, and ethical. I had a crown installed that was different from my previous ones, and naturally, I had some concerns. Even during a more difficult conversation, Dr. Furkan handled everything with remarkable patience and kindness. In the end, everything was perfect — just different from how my past providers had done it years ago. You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and the quality of care you receive. And the hi-fi music system in the room made a big difference during the long procedure. Thank you for being so wonderful. After reading the reviews, I contacted Violet, and she replied immediately with clear, detailed answers to every single question I had — which meant a lot, because I’m the type of person who researches everything carefully. When I arrived in Istanbul, Violet personally guided me through a perfectly organised schedule, visiting top doctors and leading hospitals. I had my eye surgery with the Alcon Clareon intraocular lens, and it was truly an excellent choice. Since I was already there, I also had my teeth checked and decided on two dental implants and a Hollywood Smile. My implants were placed, my teeth were beautifully prepared and covered, and I will return in 4 months to complete the final stage. Brilliant experience from the dentist and staff. I'd researched for about a year and read all the reviews, I picked this one because of the professionalism of Dr Omer and his staff, and nothing was too much trouble. I'd sent them a lot of photos of my teeth, I had two missing from the front, and had a pallet which I hated and lots of fillings. Dr Omer and his team came back to me with the plan, and told me exactly what he was going to do and would not add any additional cost to the plan. So I went ahead with the plan would pay in two halves. I flew out to Istanbul in October 2024. Kenan, who did all the organising through WhatsApp, was great. He sorted the taxis out and the hotel. On the first visit, the dentist did two extractions, five implants and a root canal on another day. No pain but a bit of swelling around my face, which was taken care of with the medication, which was also included in the price. I was there for five days in Istanbul. In February 2025, I went back after my gums had healed up for ten days. The dentist did four root canal treatments and fillings, 28 zirconia crowns and a night guard. The total cost was for two extractions Five implants Five root canals 28 zirconia crowns One night guard £6,800. Thank you, Dr Omer and your team for an excellent job, and would recommend this clinic to everyone. They look fantastic, even my local dentist back in the UK thinks so.
