I found Dental Clinic Plaza Prosperidad via a Google search, and I'm glad to have found them. I wanted a general dental checkup, but had a specific concern about an old dental filling that might be deteriorating. They replied to my initial email contact easily within 12 hours, and I had an appointment the next day.

Dr. Milo speaks perfect English. Cordial and polite, he did a thorough dental check. This uncovered some minor decay that he treated promptly. He discussed with me my concern for the deteriorating filling, and we resolved to monitor and wait. No need to make a follow-up appointment as he assured me that he could see me promptly in the future -- just drop him an email anytime.

Very pleased with my experience here. My Spanish is rudimentary at this stage, and I was worried about having to negotiate a dental visit in Spanish. As it happened, there was no need for any worry. Perfect English, and quite competent. I feel that I have found my dentist in Madrid! As far as I can tell, they do not accept insurance, but prices are very reasonable and can be found online via Google search.

Dr Milo was fantastic. He put me at ease and carried out the extraction without any distress to myself. Restored my faith in dentists after a previous bad experience with the NHS.

On a Tuesday night around midnight my bonding broke off and my tooth was chipped. I am a student studying abroad here and the following evening I was supposed to catch a flight to take a short trip on my fall break. So i was desperate to find someone the next morning and fast. I enquired about making an appointment to see Dr. Milo and surely enough by the next morning around 8 am he responded and confirmed my appointment. I was able to go in around 10 and get everything taken care of in less than an hour. He fixed my bonding making it better than originally and taking time into making it perfect. While still being quick and efficient.

Dr. Milo is super thorough, speaks amazing English, and takes you step by step through whatever he's going to do. He is right off of the metro stop which is super helpful and easy to find. I would highly recommend Dr. Milo, he really helped me out when I needed. Fast and efficiently.

I'm a tourist on an extended, two-month, visit to Madrid. Midway through my trip, I swallowed a crown. I found Dr. Milo via a google search for English-speaking dentists...I know some Spanish, but not enough to navigate through dental treatment options. I sent an email, received an immediate response, and got an appointment that day. He confirmed that I had no decay, went through my treatment options, and suggested that the easiest would be to coat the dentine with a protective covering, and enjoy the rest of my vacation without the hassle of lab work and another visit. I was in and out in 30 minutes for less than the cost of a tapas and drinks.

The clinic is conveniently located on a metro station. It was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. And Dr. Milo was great...he spoke perfect english (having trained in the United States), didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, and actually had some great advice that made me wonder about the competency of my home dentist. If I lived in Madrid, I would go to this clinic.

I'm used to someone else checking my teeth after the cleaning but think it is because she is a dentist too.

Dr. Milo and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic. I had a series of visits between January and July 2014 to get myself two implants/crowns and six porcelain veneers, six composite build up lower front teeth, whitening and general cleaning. The advice was always very clear and there were always several options for treatment. Nothing was pushed on me. You get the price upfront and there are no surprises after. The treatments itself were 100% painless, thanks to the local anasthesia they provide. When under treatment Dr. Milo assures himself that you are relaxed and that you feel no pain and he always comments precisely on what he is doing and why. I appreciated that very much.

Response to email is quick and clear. Everyone in the team, are the most friendly medical team I have ever encountered. The result is amazing and 100% to my satisfaction. Implant restoration

Dr. Milo Garcia Tempone and his staff were absolutely amazing. I was referred to Dr. Tempone by friend who was also a past patient, after I suffered an unfortunate accident and needed some immediate attention on a failed implant. Dr. Tempone and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to correct the situation. They were patient, accommodating, informative, respectful, and above all they made me feel like I truly was a priority and that they were looking out for my best interest which is a quality I personally value from people in this industry. I was more than pleased with my experience here and would recommend Dr. Tempone and his staff to anyone.

Needing emergency treatment to a badly damaged tooth, the clinic was able to see me at very short notice. Being on holiday from Australia, speaking no Spanish and flying back home the next day, I was concerned about being able to find a dentist that was able to speak English, was highly skilled and able to advise me of my options and fix the problem. I was very impressed with the high standard of equipment, professional advice and treatment and the explanation of options. Could not be happier with the outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend.

In fact; the 'only' thing that they don't provide is tea and biscuits! But there are plenty of cafés around the plaza to fix that need.

Dr Milo explained the whole procedure well and was very gentle. The work done was great and the price was very reasonable.

Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. However, Dr Garcia was very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. I would recommend him highly! And... The prices were very reasonable. Thank you!
